Yep it's fall

So, here we are trying to experience fall in spite of the horribly hot days we have been having. It was so hot the day we went to the pumpkin patch that we only stayed for about 15 minutes to take a few pictures before heading home to our cool air conditioned home. I really don't know how much longer I can handle living in SoCal. What I wouldn't do for some rain and cold weather! On a more positive note...we did have a great time carving pumpkins with our good friends Hannah and Mark. However, we learned that carving them up a week before Halloween is just too soon. By Halloween they were mush.
